IMPORTANT:
In case the mentioned hotel is not available for some reason, then the operator will provide similar. Operator also reserves the right to re-arrange the program without compromising any sightseeing or nights spent at each destination.Compulsory Gala dinner charges for Christmas & New Year (if any) will be payable to the hotel directly and will be advise at the time of booking.

How to Book

We have a variety of Products suiting the requirements of everyone. You can customize the holiday as per your preference.

Once you customize the holiday, you can visit any our Branch Offices.. If you have selected the Tour and agreed upon the Terms and Conditions, then we can even send our representative for collection of Booking Form, copies of Id Proof and Payment Cheque.

Bank details for Payment:

Payments can be made through local ‘Account payee’ cheques, Demand Drafts or by Cash at any of our Branch offices / Preferred Sales Partners.

Overwriting on Cheques is not allowed as per RBI rule.

PAN details will be required in case of cash payment in accordance with prevailing Income Tax rules.

Kindly note that Outstation Cheque is not acceptable.

Guests who are unable to visit our offices for Booking, can deposit local clearing cheques in any of the below Bank Accounts or can make payment Online through Net Banking.

Also, after making the transfer, intimate the same to us by sending scanned copy/screenshot of bank slip and personal details.

Note: Cash deposit is not allowed in any of the accounts.

Changes in decided holiday programme:

Kindly intimate the booking person in advance for any amendment in holiday programme so that the necessary arrangements can be made. As per the amendments, additional charges would be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If Guest decides to cancel the holiday for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.

  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross holiday cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

  • All transfers and sightseeing in this package are by seat in coach sharing basis.
  • You may have to wait for some time for the transfers and tours as there will be other passengers travelling with you.
  • For all transfers and tours, please wait at the Bell Captain or Concierge Counter at least 10 minutes before scheduled pick-up time. Please do not wait in your room or the Coffee Shop.
  • Due to heavy traffic sometimes your pick-up may be delayed by a few minutes.
  • Please be informed of exact timings for sightseeing and transfers. Should you be late and coach leaves without you, there will be no refunds for the services missed. You have to pay directly to re-bbok the tour.
  • For all transfers the baggage allowed is similar to permissible limit by airline. We will not be able to accommodate any bulky pieces of luggage purchased locally.
  • Many a times it has been observed that the passengers start shopping at duty free on arrival and due to this they miss their transfer. In such cases the passengers will have to pay for the next available transfer.
  • If the passenger has the visa, it takes a maximum of 30-45 minutes to clear the immigrations and customs. If you are taking Visa on Arrival, we must be pre-informed.
